This four-ingredient protein shake is quick, yummy and provides plenty of pep to refuel your tired muscles.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup 1% milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (6 tablespoons)

Steps

    In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.

    Pour into large glass. Serve immediately.
