Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) old-fashioned oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup (250 mL) frozen organic red raspberries
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) Yoplait® Source® Vanilla Yogurt (or any flavour)
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) cold water
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) vanilla

Steps

    In blender, place ingredients.

    Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
  • 3
    Pour into 2 glasses; serve immediately.
