Ingredients

  • 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) fancy molasses
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground nutmeg
  • 2 cans (each 235 g) Pillsbury™ Crescent Rolls
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice

Steps

  • 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2
In bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, molasses, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.

Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles and spread each one with thin layer of cream cheese mixture. Starting at long end, roll up each triangle, bending slightly at edges to form crescent shape. Place on prepared baking sheet, 2 inches (5 cm) apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
