  • 1 roll Pillsbury™ refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup Betty Crocker™ Creamy Deluxe™ vanilla frosting
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 24 pecan halves
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

    Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together cookie dough and flour. Roll dough into 24 balls and place on a parchment-covered baking sheet. Press down with your thumb to form an indent in the centre of each cookie.

    In a small bowl, stir together frosting, chopped pecans and brown sugar. Spoon into the centre of cookies.

    Bake for 8-10 minutes, or just until the edges of cookies turn light golden brown. Immediately after removing from oven, press a pecan half into the centre of each cookie. Allow to cool to room temperature.

    In a small bowl, melt together chocolate chips and coconut oil. Drizzle over cookies. Allow chocolate to harden before serving.
