A great recipe to use up those turkey leftovers! ...MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
1 each green pepper & onion
1 pkg (470 g) Old El Paso* Fajita Dinner Kit
2 1/2 cups (625 mL) turkey, cut into strips
shredded cheese
sour cream

    Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook green pepper and onion 3 minutes until tender- crisp.

    Stir in turkey, seasoning mix and 1/4 cup (50 mL) water; cook for 2 minutes.

    Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  • 4
    Spoon some fajita filling onto each tortilla. Top with fajita sauce, and if desired shredded cheese and sour cream.

    Roll up tortillas to serve.

  • Tip: Add smoky sliced bacon to your fajita for a wonderful taste sensation.
