You can’t go wrong with barbecue, especially when you need a meal that’s quick, easy and delicious. Plus, the kids love eating outside, and you don’t have to worry about a mess. Below, find tips, tricks and recipes to help you make the most of grilling season.

A meat or fish dish and spices are all you need. If you’re making chicken or ribs, add a smoky flavour and aroma with grilling wood chips. Soak a handful in water for about 15 minutes and add to the grill a few minutes before putting on the meat.
