Here is a delicious fruit dessert using Yoplait yogurt and Nature Valley granola bars.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups (1.5 L) sliced peeled apples (6 medium)
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Yoplait® Source Vanilla Yogurt
  • 6 Nature Valley* Oats 'N' Honey Crunchy Granola Bars (3 pouches of 2), crushed
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter or margarine, melted

Steps

    Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray 8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, toss apples with sugar and yogurt; spoon evenly into baking dish.

    In small bowl, mix crushed granola bars with butter; sprinkle over apple mixture.

    Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool slightly. Serve warm with additional yogurt, if desired.
