Ingredients

  • Tzatziki Sauce
  • ¾ cup Yoplait® Greek plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber, divided
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 pound (500 g) ground turkey
  • 4 tablespoons jarred tapenade
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 3 tablespoons mint leaves
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted

    In a small bowl, make the tzatziki sauce. Whisk together the yogurt, 1 tablespoon diced cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Evenly divide the turkey mixture into 5 patties. Season with salt and pepper and sear on medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Flip, top with crumbled feta and sear another 4 to 5 minutes, or until cooked through.

    Spread a tablespoon or two of the tzatziki sauce on the bottom bun. Top with a patty, then a spoonful of the olive tapenade. Garnish with the remaining cucumber, tomato, and mint leaves.
